Support Problems with Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2009 UK
I recorded this video to explain how the average new user to Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2009, in the UK, is going to find it impossible to use the online Microsoft ticketing system to get any support for the product without paying £60 per email. The software is advertised as coming with 2 free email support cases included for new users. The problem is unique to the UK version of Office Accounting Express 2009 and I am not aware of it happening with previous versions or the USA version. I have not tested to see if it affects the Professional version. I
Problem explanation: The user selects the technical support link from within the software application, and they are taken to a page that asks for their Product ID number. Upon entering their product ID number, the are told that their product ID code is not valid, when it actually is.
